{"id":272589,"date":"2026-06-29T23:22:02","date_gmt":"2026-06-29T22:22:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/musically.com\/?p=272589"},"modified":"2026-06-29T23:23:41","modified_gmt":"2026-06-29T22:23:41","slug":"licensing-manager-pace-rights-management-london-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/musically.com\/2026\/06\/29\/licensing-manager-pace-rights-management-london-3\/","title":{"rendered":"Licensing Manager &#8211; PACE Rights Management &#8211; London"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is a full-time role at the global leader in assisting Rightsholders (writers &amp; publishers) to Direct License their Live Public Performance Rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>EXPERIENCE:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum two (2) years full-time experience working at a Publisher, PRO, or in Artist Management, or an established company involved in the live industry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>SKILLSET:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ATTENTION TO DETAIL.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to multitask, and efficiently and effectively manage time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent organisational skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Problem solver.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Team player.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to accept and learn from any errors made (we\u2019re all human), and make the necessary adjustments going forward.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong communication skills both verbal and written (English required, but secondary languages also preferred).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experienced in using IT: Mail, Numbers, Excel, Pages, Word.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understanding of music publishing &amp; copyright processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Discretion.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ROLE:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Liaising with Artiste\u2019s Management and Agents to create and populate Promoter and Tariff rate information sheets for the tours.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creating Setlist Calculation Sheets for each tour.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Liaising with Promoters, Venues and Festivals about Direct Licensing occurring on upcoming shows.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Liaising with the Artiste\u2019s team (Manager, Tour Manager, Tour Accountant) to obtain the Setlists and Settlements after each show.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Checking Setlists against the Potential Works Sheets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finalising Setlist Calculation Sheets.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creating License fee invoices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creating Withholding tax sheets where relevant and request instruction from the Rightsholders.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sending and liaising with Promoters, Venues and Festivals about Setlist Calculation Sheets and License fee invoices, and managing accounts receivable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Obtaining License fees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Processing bespoke accounting for Publishers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Researching\/confirming PRO live tariff rates &amp; structures, and distribution policies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide data for internal and external stakeholders as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>OPPORTUNITIES:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Flexible working hours and location.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Opportunity to expand and evolve role.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>WAGE:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Competitive.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you want to join our journey and apply, please send covering letter and CV to:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">careers @ PACErm.com<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is a full-time role at the global leader in assisting Rightsholders (writers &amp; publishers) to Direct License their Live Public Performance Rights.
