Audience & Brand Manager – Music Ally – London

Job Description

Music Ally is looking for an Audience & Brand Manager to help grow Music Ally’s global reach, relevance and engagement. This is a strategic + hands-on role. You’ll help shape how Music Ally shows up in the world, then work with teams across Editorial, Training, Commercial and Operations to bring that to life.

You will promote our insight, events and products to grow audiences, build momentum around key moments, and help  Music Ally grow both commercially and in global reach.

This role is designed to be part-time (min 3 days per week) but has the potential to be a full-time role, depending on the candidate. The role is based in London, with hybrid or remote options available depending on the candidate.

About Music Ally

Music Ally’s mission is to give artists and their teams the knowledge and skills they need to swim, not sink, in an ever-more-crowded market. Our journalism, practical skills workshops, and events are trusted at every level of the industry—from independent artists to the largest labels, and from Japan to Latin America.

We exist to empower artists and their teams as they build sustainable careers, connecting them with the ideas, people, and startups that can help. We do this with a lens of curiosity and optimism, and a sharp focus on usefulness.

As a global leader in digital marketing insights and practical skills training, Music Ally has worked with thousands of industry professionals and artists. Since 2002, we have published industry-leading reports, hosted thought-leadership events, and worked hands-on with global artists’ teams to develop effective strategies for building and monetising fan engagement.

Music Ally is London-based, with the UK team working on an office boat on the Regent’s Canal. We work remotely on Mondays and Fridays, with Tuesday-Thursday in-person on Holly the Boat. The wider team is dotted around the globe, from Berlin to Medellín.

Music Ally is an equal opportunities employer, signed up to the London Living Wage
