Music Ally SI:X is our global showcase, contest and mentorship support programme for early-stage music-tech startups, held annually.
This week we have announced the 21 startups chosen as finalists for the 2024 edition. You can find details of each of them, as well as links to check them out for yourself, below.
This year’s Music Ally SI:X is in association with Amazon Music, Ascap Lab, Music Foundry, Red Bull Media House, Reed Smith, and Universal Music Group Digital Innovation.
Our panel of judges from these partners will now narrow the list down to this year’s winners, who will be presenting at our Music Ally Connect conference in January 2025. The winners will also get mentoring from the six partners.
So, on with the finalists:

The criteria for Music Ally SI:X is simple: it’s for startups founded in the last five years (since 1 January 2019 in this year’s case) with a headcount of less than 200 people. What we’re looking for are startups building new and innovative businesses for the music industry.
Last year’s winners were 12on12, Flame2Fame, Masterchannel, Music Tomorrow, StanPass and Tickets For Good. You can read more about them in our news story announcing the 2023 winners.
