Today’s the day for our new tentpole online event, Music Ally Marketing Week, to kick off. It includes four days of panel sessions and presentations about music marketing trends and topics.

The event then finishes on Friday with the release of our annual Campaigns of the Year report (and accompanying awards) celebrating the best work of 2025.

Each day’s online sessions start at 5pm GMT and run for up to two hours, so it’s designed to fit into your working day. It’s also completely free to register to watch: you can do that here. Below you can find a guide to the sessions and speakers in store.

Monday 17 November

Our panel discussion from 5pm to 6pm is presented by Beautiful Digital, and will explore ‘Modern Music Marketing: How to Build Artists in 2026 and Beyond’.

Beautiful Digital founder Tom Peacock and senior digital strategist Jake Bookbinder; Activist senior director of digital marketing Sarah Baldwin; former Atlantic Records UK director, digital Will Beardmore; and MDDN SVP of talent management Jenn Tolman will be discussing the metrics of success; navigating streaming and social algorithms; and evolving campaign structures and budgets among other topics.

The panel will be followed by a Music Ally presentation on ’10 Cool Marketing Activations We Loved This Year’ from 6pm to 6.30pm.

Tuesday 18 November

Tuesday’s panel, running from 5pm to 6pm, is presented by Believe UK. It will focus on ‘Marketing as a Service: Successful Partnerships in Practice’.

What do ‘artist services’ mean in 2025? What does day-to-day marketing support for artists and managers actually feel like? What tools are helping to make it happen? These and other questions will be examined by Believe UK head of marketing Joe Edwards and marketing project manager Fadumo Khamis; artist manager Elizabeth Sobowale; and artist Milly Toomey (aka girli).

It will be followed by another panel, from 6pm to 7pm, presented by Music Ally and focusing on ‘The Art of Doing More with Less: Small Budget Campaign Blueprints for 2026’.

Music Ally marketing and training executive Nastya Vinokur will be joined by Blue Raincoat Artists manager Ali Raymond; That’s My Jamm founder Chloé Ameh; 444 Sounds CEO Joe Aboud; and City Slang digital marketing manager Laura Mikolajczak for the discussion.

Wednesday 19 November

Our panel on Wednesday, running from 5pm to 6pm, is presented by Ranked Music and will discuss ‘The Power of Clipping: Turning Micro Moments into Massive Reach’.

Ranked Music’s CEO Thiago Machado, head of strategy Adriana Holzmann; and market lead Alec Karageorges will be talking about how the clipping trend took off, why it matters for artists of all sizes, and how to plan it into a marketing campaign.

Following that, Music Ally will be giving a half-hour taster session for our Digital Marketing Certification Program, pulling from one of our workshops on ‘How to Capture Attention’.

Thursday 20 November

Our final day of online sessions will begin with a panel from 5pm to 6pm on ‘If Not Social, Then Where? The Next Frontier of Music Discovery’.

Music Ally director of marketing and strategy Marlen Hüllbrock will chair the session, featuring Roman Tagoe, director of streaming, UK at Blue Raincoat Music and Chrysalis Records; Tia Lewis, streaming and digital manager at EGA Distro; Zethu Gqola, marketing manager at Platoon; and Stuart Dredge, Music Ally’s head of insight.

It will be followed by a special session devoted to our Emerging Marketer award. Five finalists will be delivering short presentations, followed by a live public vote to crown a winner. They’ll be revealed in Friday’s Music Ally Campaigns of the Year report.

It promises to be a thought-provoking week. Remember, it’s free, and you can register here.
